Hālau ʻĪnana COVID-19 Operating Procedures for Event Hosts
In-person operating procedures at Hālau ʻĪnana: The policies in the table below are in effect as of February 2022 for any events, meetings, co-working, or gatherings taking place at Hālau ʻĪnana.
There is a 50 person limit (half capacity) for gatherings in Hālau ʻĪnana, effective March 7, 2022.
All guests must fill out the entry survey using the QR code or sign-in device by the front door. Entry survey includes mandatory contact information for contact tracing.
Stay home if

All guests use hand sanitizer upon entry. |
Masks must be worn indoors.
Exception: Event is 10 people or less and all participants show proof of vaccination or negative covid test. |
Distancing – Spacing should allow for guests to be 6 feet apart whenever possible.
At the end of each workday tables and desks must be clean with no food, drinks or empty containers. |
Common areas – Everyone is required to wash hands with soap and water after using the bathroom. Everyone is required to wipe down the sink area after use. |
